I'm pleased to submit a proposal for the website design and development for Digimeta. Based on your requirements, I have noted the following plan:
Phase 1: Initial Launch
- To launch a basic yet attractive website within a week, we recommend starting with a template design similar to https://studioui.webflow.io/ or https://promote-template.webflow.io/. This template-based design will allow us to quickly get your website up and running, while still delivering a polished and professional look.
- The cost for this phase will be $650.
Phase 2: Custom Design and Development
- After the initial launch, we will start working on a custom design and development project for Digimeta. The custom design will take into consideration your specific needs and goals for the website. This phase of the project will take approximately 40-45 days to complete.
- The cost for this phase will be $8500.
I believe that this two-phase approach will provide the best balance of speed and quality, allowing you to launch a functional website in a matter of days, while still delivering a custom, professional website that accurately represents your business.
Project Charges
The project basis charges include all the development work required to complete designing and development of webpages as per the scope of work discussed. This option is a fixed payment and to be paid in milestones.
- Milestone 1 : 50% of the total project cost is due upfront as a deposit to begin work.
- Milestone 2 : 25% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the first draft of all the pages, allowing for any necessary revisions to be made.
- Milestone 3 : The remaining 25% of the total project cost is due upon completion of the project and delivery + hosting setup and training of the website(if needed).
